There are four areas of development in the Samarcanda Gated Community, each one of them with unique features:
Samarcanda Hills, the Southwest corner of the property, sits on the highest crest of the entire land, blessed with splendid views of the Caribbean Sea and surrounded by forest. Shibumi Place sits on the West crest of the property, facing directly the ocean. The forest below the crest is a favorite spot of toucans and parrots, so you can easily watch them in the morning and evenings from the house's verandas. Osho Garden is located in the largest West valley of the property. This area was used the past to grow corn, beans and fruits like pineapples and citrus. Now the land has been transformed into lovely building areas, surrounded by forest and lulled by the sound of the creek. Buddha Trail is situated on the property’s Northeast crest, parallel to the ocean. Most properties located on Buddha Trail are on the side the overlooks the ocean, and two of the properties are on the side of the trail that is immersed in the jungle. This área has a rich diversity and the magic of a pristine forest. |
